Deliver UX design for e23 chuxing Robotaxi services on all user touch points

e23chuxing is a robotaxi service of Nissan Mobility Service in Suzhou. The service started operation in March 2023. From October 2022 to April 2o24, I was responsible for the UX design of the service in all user touch points including:

1 Service Website

Target user: the public

The e23 chuxing website includes the following sections:

  • Branding video

  • Service introduction

  • Operation Information

  • FAQ

  • About (vision & mission)

  • Contact

  • Survey

  • App download

2 Mobile App

On the mobile app, users will be able to:

  • Order a rabotax or make a reservation

  • Customize the trip by setting the AC, the music, the welcome light as well as the vehicle speed in advance

  • Check operation area and stops

The App UX design aims at:

  • Create a “familiar” interface that’s easy to use

  • Make the trip FUN!

3 RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment) for passengers

4 Safety Crew App

Target user: Safety Crew

The robotaxi drives autonomously while a safety crew member will ride in the driver's seat for legal reasons.
