Deliver UX design for e23 chuxing Robotaxi services on all user touch points

e23chuxing is a robotaxi service of Nissan Mobility Service in Suzhou. The service started operation in March 2023. From October 2022 to April 2o24, I was responsible for the UX design of the service in all user touch points including:

2 Mobile App
On the mobile app, users will be able to:
Order a rabotax or make a reservation
Customize the trip by setting the AC, the music, the welcome light as well as the vehicle speed in advance
Check operation area and stops
The App UX design aims at:
Create a “familiar” interface that’s easy to use
Make the trip FUN!

3 RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment) for passengers

4 Safety Crew App
Target user: Safety Crew
The robotaxi drives autonomously while a safety crew member will ride in the driver's seat for legal reasons.
